Appointment of new CEO and MD

Following the dismissal of Mr. Abdulla Saeed (Ma. Kosheege), from his position as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO and MD) of State Trading Organization plc, the Board of Directors at the meeting convened on 28th November 2023, has resolved to appoint Mr. Shimad Ibrahim (Hulhumalé Flat No. C8-2-D) to this post, effective this day.
