Change to the Board of Directors of State Trading Organization plc

The Privatization and Corporatization Board has informed on the dismissal of Mr. Hamid Nasheed Mohamed / Ma. Chanbeyleemaage from his position as the Chairman of State Trading Organization, and the appointment of Mr. Amir Mansoor / Ma. Manas to this position, effective 6th December 2023.

Moreover, Mr. Mohamed Murad / Ma. Dhadikoshee Irumatheege has been appointed as a director of the Company.
