STO holds Annual General Meeting 2022

We successfully held our Annual General Meeting of shareholders this evening at Hulhumalé Central Park. Some of the key highlights from #STOAGM2022:

- A dividend of MVR 77 per share was approved by shareholders for the year 2022

- Public shareholders elected Mr. Mohamed Ahsan Saleem to represent them in STO Board for 2023-2024

- In his address, CEO & MD Mr. Abdullah Saeed reflected on the most significant events and accomplishments of 2022, and unveiled exciting upcoming projects such as international bunkering
