The Privatization and Corporatization Board has appointed Mr. Ahmed Imdhaah Mohamed / G. Maakalhi as a director of Company effective 20th October 2026.

Ahmed Imdhaah Mohamed is a registered Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of Core Construction Pvt Ltd, where he oversees the company’s construction and design projects. He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours) from IIUM and an MBA with distinction from Open University Malaysia.

With nearly two decades in the Maldivian construction industry, including 15 years as Director of Tekton Design Associates, he has delivered cost consultancy, tendering, and project management services across resorts, housing developments, mixed-use buildings, and guesthouses. He is known for combining strong cost control and planning skills with hands-on leadership of project teams.
